Friends of the Library

Please note: The Friends have suspended collecting new memberships until after they have applied for and acquired non-profit status.  So, we are no longer collecting membership $ or registration forms for the Friends at the library.  Folks who have questions about when they will be able to join the Friends can contact Marc Thomas, the president of the Friends of the Library, 435-259-2208.

Our Friends of the Library group has over 15 members that work together on projects that raise money for the library.  Friends members serve as library advocates in our community and volunteers within the library.  Membership can involve paying small yearly dues of $5.00, attending occasional meetings, or volunteering at fundraising events.  Recent Friends support include a matching grant for Usborne non-fiction kid’s books, funding for 100+ baby bookbags yearly, initial visitor computer purchase, and kid’s computer table.

We welcome your suggestions and thank you for your support!

For more information about the Friends of the Library, call the library or see one of our staff for a membership application.
