The Library Board serves as an advisory board to the Grand County
Council. The Library Board establishes policy, develops
the annual budget and oversees expenditures. The Library Board meets on the
third Wednesday of every month from May to October at 7:00 p.m. in the Library Conference Room
and at 5:00 p.m. from November to April. The
public is welcome to attend. Agendas are available the week of the meeting.
